Ingredients

▷1 tablespoon soy sauce
▷1 teaspoon salt
▷2 teaspoons vegetable oil
▷2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
▷3 tablespoons chicken soup base
▷1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
☞Finely dice cabbage and onion.
☞Mix all the ingredients together.
☞Fill and fold wrappers. Pinch sides to ensure they won't break open during cooking.
☞Put enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan, lay dumplings in it until the bottom of
jiaozi turns golden yellow.
☞Add one tablespoon of water and cover the pan quickly to make them cooked by the steam.
☞Turn the stove to medium when they are cooked 2-3 minutes.
